All Telguard units come complete with a two-year return to , which includes, parts, labour and technical support.

Support Agreement

This covers telephone number and entry code programming changes made to the Telguard Unit. The amount of changes per annum will be dependent on the level of cover purchased. Changes will only be accepted via our official programming request form via our website.

Support+ Agreement 

This covers telephone number and entry code programming changes made to the Telguard Unit along with your SIM Card* line rental, calls and texts. The amount of changes per annum will be dependent on the level of cover purchased. Changes will only be accepted via our official programming request form via our website.

*SIM card will be activated once a completed direct debit mandate has been returned to us. Please see our SIM Terms and Conditions for further information.

 Product only extended warranty for 4G units

This extended warranty covers all parts and labour, for manufacturing faults, should you experience any with the Telguard unit. This is available to Trade Customers only and must be taken out consecutively from the end of the Telguard two-year return to manufacturer’s warranty after initial purchase.  Please be advised that this is a return to manufactures warranty and does not cover the removal or re-installation of the Telguard unit.

Any parts supplied F.O.C under warranty are only covered from the remaining time left on the warranty.

Only equipment supplied by Commtel Ltd T/A Telguard must be used for installation.
